Erica Sumner - Owner/Broker

Erica began her journey in real estate in 2013. She is extremely passionate about her family, agriculture, and community. With a strong professional background that includes years of customer service, management, banking, and lending, she is well equipped to be an advocate for buyers sellers. Erica has been married to her number one supporter, a Brooksville native, for 8+ years. Together, their world revolves around their college daughter. Erica is the daughter of a 38 year veteran, professional educator, and real estate broker. As a young girl, her grandfather sparked her interest in horses through his ranch in the mountains of Colorado. She has since been captivated by the lifestyle and will continue to carry his legacy. The combination of her homegrown roots and professional background and expertise in property, go together like biscuits and gravy, making her an asset to the community and her customers.

David Smith - Realtor Associate

Dave is a Brooksville native who has been in Real Estate since 2010. After high school he joined the Army and has spent the last 14 years in Special Forces as a Green Beret. He is a Silver Star recipient and amputee who has specialized in helping other service members, veterans, and their friends and families with their real estate needs. He applies the same work ethic and determination to real estate and his clients that made him successful in Special Forces. Christine Hall - Realtor Associate

In 2017, Christine began her real estate journey with a National New Home Builder in Atlanta. Working in their Sales and Purchasing Department, she was able gain experience in construction through project management, contract negotiation, design and estimating. After 3 years in New Home Construction she decided to move into general real estate. Her industry knowledge has helped her develop an expertise in general real estate. Her strengths allow her to provide a quality customer experience in new construction, custom home design and building, working with investors and obtaining cash offers. She also enjoys working with buyers and helping first time homebuyers understand the home buying process. Outside of work, Christine has a passion for food, travel, & family! Christine & her husband, Preston, have a 4 year old daughter, Presley who they love & adore! They love to spend their weekends with family and friends on the water! You can usually find her on her paddle board on the Chassahowitzka River or boating with her family in Homosassa or the Hernando Flats. She loves to make her way into Tampa for great food or enjoy the beach & relaxing with family on Anna Maria Island.
